Digital inputs

Analogue inputs

  • 6 Analogue inputs for connecting sensors to the equipment. These inputs are configurable both in signal range and input voltage range. We can use sensors with 4-20mA or 0-5V= output. The function of each of these inputs is programmable.

Models

 FERTI 8000 comes in different versions. You can find FERTI 8000 in two power supply versions. In addition, the number of outputs can be configured as required. From 16 outputs, expandable by 8 in 8, up to 96 outputs.

    • 220VAC power supply and 24VAC outputs
    • 12VDC power supply and 12VDC / 12VDC latch 2-wire outputs (configurable on the device)

Irrigation Scheduling

Ferti 8000 has 20 independent irrigation programs. The program data can be changed during execution and will become effective without irrigation having to be stopped..

  • 10 valves per program to be irrigated independently or grouped together
  • Irrigation by time or volume
  • Delayed start/stop of pumps and valve closure to prevent water hammer
  • 3 irrigation shutdown conditions by the status of a digital input or remote unit or by the reading of a sensor connected to the controller’s analogue inputs.

Type of irrigation start:

    • Fixed hours (up to 3 different hours per day)
    • Sequential (time of irrigation and pause between irrigations)
    • Demand (up to 5 demand entries)
    • Analogue input (tensiometer, soil moisture sensor…)
    • Accumulated solar radiation
    • After another program (starts at the end of another watering program)

Fertilisation

  • Injection of 4 fertilisers (extendable up to 8)
  • The pH control of irrigation water can be carried out with acid or base.

Options

Software Options:

  • Maher App. With a GPRS modem, the controller can be operated from an electronic device with internet connection and web browser, for example, smartphone, tablet, PC, smart TV. It also allows the sending of SMS messages to 1 or 2 mobile phones configured in the controller to warn of anomalies, irrigation starts or end of irrigation.
  • Second irrigation pump: Both pumps, controlled independently or simultaneously in each irrigation program
  • Diesel starter control: Controls the starting and stopping of a diesel engine or generator set.
  • Communication with external modules: Opening and closing valves, starting and stopping engines. In addition, the reading of remote analogue and digital sensors
  • Expansion of the number of fertilisers: Up to 8 fertilisers
  • 12VDC/Latch 2-wire version: Power the controller with a 12VDC battery that can be recharged by a solar panel or manually.
  • 2-Water mixture:Allows mixing of water with very high electrical conductivity with water of lower conductivity.
  • (NEW) Connection to METOS weather stations. Allows the controller to receive readings from a METOS weather station and to condition the start and end of irrigation schedules to those readings. The Maher App contract is required.

Hardware options:

  • Expansion of outlets. The controller comes with 16 outputs as standard and the number of outputs can be increased to a maximum of 96.
  • Expansion of analogue inputs. The controller has 6 analogue inputs as standard and the number of analogue inputs can be extended up to a maximum of 54.
  • Módem GPRS or Ethernet. The GPRS or Ethernet modem allows the controller to connect to the Maher App server.
