This analog wind vane is used in agriculture to determine the wind direction. It is normally used together with an anemometer that provides speed data.
It is usually used for climate control in a greenhouse for automating the opening and closing of windows depending on the wind. The analog wind vane can be used to close the desired windows depending on the wind direction. So if it is very windy from the east for example, the windows facing east can be closed and those to the west left open. It can be connected to MAHER CLIMA controller for climate control.
It can also be used as a stop condition in sprinkler irrigation. In this case, it must be connected to an irrigation controller, either Maher Smart, Ciclón or Ferti 8000.
